Questions

More information on flights

Planning your flight should be simple. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our flights.

What should I wear on a flight tour?

Wear whatever you're comfortable in. Keep in mind that the aircraft can get warm, especially on sunny days, so light, comfortable clothing is recommended.

What happens if the weather isn't suitable?

Your pilot will monitor the weather leading up to your flight. If conditions aren't suitable for a safe flight, you can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule your flight at no additional charge.

Where do the flights depart from?

All flights depart from and return to San Carlos Airport. We’ll meet you inside the main terminal before your flight.

Can children fly on the tour?

Yes, children above five years old are welcome. For safety reasons, all passengers, including young children, must have their own seat and cannot be held on a guardian’s lap during the flight.

How many passengers can fly together?

Each flight can accommodate up to 3 passengers. For weight and balance purposes, each passenger is limited to 250 lbs, with a combined passenger weight limit of 650 lbs for all three passengers.

How early should I arrive for my flight?

Please make sure to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure time so our team can get you checked in and ready to go.

Can I request a specific route or landmark?

We’re happy to consider route and landmark requests. All requests are subject to applicable regulations, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations and rescheduling made at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time are accepted without a fee. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before departure will result in a 50% charge of the booking total. Cancellations due to weather may happen, and are always free of charge.
